[Right to Access & Right to Know]
You can check your personal information in-app Enter to app → Click "Settings” menu → Click “My account”, you can check your Account details and connected social media account.
[Right to Correct]
You have the right to correct your personal information. You can edit your personal information in-app “Edit profile” in “My profile” menu or contact us through email for your rights.
[Right to Delete]
You have the right to request that the personal information collected from you be deleted. Please email to us or follow the procedure for “Can I delete my OVERDARE account?”.

If your account has been hijacked, please contact Google to retrieve your account, then sign in to OVERDARE.
A username can be 1 character and up to 20 characters in length, and only supports lowercase, numbers, and the underscore.
A period of 30 days must pass after your first username change before another change can be made.
The created costumes must comply with the Community Guidelines and Content Creation Guidelines.
Costumes fitting the following descriptions can be rejected.
1. Content producing excessive exposure of the body or that are otherwise provocative.
2. Content on Sexual Behavior or Sexually Explicit Materials
3. Violent Content
4. Content on Bigotry Toward Socially Sensitive Issues
5. Content on Illegal Activities or Controlled Goods or Services
6. Content Harming the Soundness of the Platform
7. Content in Violation of the Intellectual Property Rights Policy
8. Content in Violation of the portrait rights

To delete your OVERDARE account, select the Delete Account button on the OVERDARE app or website.
If your account has been suspended or banned for a Community Guidelines violation, contact Customer Service to submit an account deletion request.
To have a suspended or banned account deleted, please read the following before making an account deletion request.
Account deletion request requirements:
1. You must be the owner of the OVERDARE account to be deleted.
2. Make the request from the email address used for OVERDARE login.
3. Do not submit any government-issued ID or proof of residence with the request.
4. Complete the request form in English. Your request may not be fulfilled if it is in any language other than English.
Information to be submitted with an account deletion request:

5. Indication of consent:
a. I understand that the deletion of my OVERDARE account will permanently cease my use of OVERDARE services, and delete all used or created data beyond recovery, and I consent to my OVERDARE account’s deletion.
b. Once my OVERDARE account is deleted, I will not be able to receive any more payouts.
c. I consent to the deletion or voidance of any remaining OVERDARE digital property, and I consent to relinquishing ownership of such OVERDARE digital property.
d. Once my OVERDARE account is deleted, I will not be able to create another OVERDARE account using the same account information for 90 days.
e. I understand all of the consequences and responsibilities associated with the deletion of my OVERDARE account, and I consent to my OVERDARE account deletion.f. I confirm that all of the information provided in this request is true and accurate.

If you’re unable to update the OVERDARE app after maintenance completion, please follow the instructions below to complete the update.
[Google Play][Google Play] -> Search [Overdare] -> Select [Update] to download the update.If you encounter an issue during the update, go to [Settings -> Apps -> Google Play -> Storage -> Clear Cache].
If an Update button is not displayed even after a new version of the app has been released, close the Google Play and restart the OVERDARE app.

Users aged 13 and older are allowed to use OVERDARE.
However, users aged between 13 and 19 must obtain parental consent to access the service.
Accounts of users aged under 13 that are found to be using OVERDARE may be deleted.

Guest accounts are prone to data deletion, and deleted data can’t be restored.
To have your OVERDARE data saved and use OVERDARE safely, please sign in with Google accounts.
OVERDARE Studio has not opened for service yet. Once the service goes live, we will share information on how world assets and worlds can be created.
In OVERDARE, creators can create as much content as they want, whenever they want.
Please bear in mind that created costumes are reviewed for safety purposes and to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone. Up to 10 costumes can be submitted for review at a time.
Your account can be suspended if you violate the OVERDARE Community Guidelines.
In such a case, you will be notified of the suspension period, and you can start using OVERDARE again once that period ends.
You can contact Customer Service to dispute an account suspension.
However, it is not guaranteed that the suspension will be overturned.
Costumes you create can be sold to other "users" and you can take profits from selling the costumes. The function for selling costumes for a profit has not yet been opened, but we’ll let you know when it does. On the OVERDARE app, all your created costumes will be shown on "My shop" at the bottom of your profile.
Costume you create must comply with the Community Guidelines and Content Creation Guidelines.

If your costume has failed a review, you can modify the costume and have it reviewed again.
Whenever a costume reviewed is rejected, we do our best to communicate the reason, so please refer to the explanation provided and the Content Creation Guidelines and make the necessary changes.
If a costume you created is not shown in the store, please use the Manage Content menu in the Creator Hub to check the review and sales status of the costume.
If a costume is monitored and found to be in violation of the OVERDARE Community Guidelines, its review status will be “Banned”.
In such a case, that costume cannot be sold or used.
If the review status is “Approved”, please make sure the sales status is not set to “Not For Sale”.
If both the review status and sales status are normal but the costume is not shown in the store, there might be a bug so please get in touch with us by using the "Contact Us" function.
If you have trouble signing in, please check to ensure that you are connected to the Internet, and then close and restart the app.
